I recently had Babylon Pest Control treat my home and honestly couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, the communication was clear with Robin, professional, and super easy. The team arrived on time, explained everything in detail, and made the whole process stress-free. The results were amazing — they went above and beyond and you can tell they genuinely care about doing a proper job, not just rushing through it. Highly recommend Babylon Pest Control to anyone looking for reliable, honest and high-quality service. Five stars on everything.

Local pest control
Pest control for Plumpton's new homes and estates.
Plumpton is one of Melbourne's newest suburbs. The grazing land between the Melton Highway and Taylors Road is being built out under a 2018 structure plan for a community of around 30,000 people. The plan keeps the old Beattys Road gold route as a street and parkland, with waterway corridors linking through to Kororoit Creek. While paddocks are cleared and new stages are built, ants, spiders and mice often turn up in new homes and fresh gardens.
We look after new and nearly new homes, rentals and local businesses across Plumpton. Every visit starts with finding where the pests are coming from, so the treatment suits your property, not just the activity you can see.

View All Services
Ant Treatment
Fresh turf, new garden beds and disturbed soil around new slabs give ants easy places to set up nests. Black house ants trail inside in warmer weather, and coastal brown ants push soil up between new pavers and along paths.
Spider Treatment
Building sites, stacked materials and open ground nearby keep plenty of insects, and the spiders that feed on them, close to new homes. Expect webs around eaves, window frames and fences, and redbacks in sheltered spots like meter boxes, stacked bricks and outdoor furniture.
Rats and Mice Treatment
As paddocks are cleared for new stages, mice and rats lose their cover and look for shelter in garages, sheds and roof spaces. We look for how they're getting in, such as gaps around pipes, vents and garage doors, as well as the signs of activity inside.
Cockroach Treatment
Moving boxes, deliveries and second-hand appliances can carry German cockroaches into a new home, while larger cockroaches live in drains, mulch and new garden beds and can wander inside as the weather warms.
Possum Removal
New estates have few mature trees, but brushtail possums still travel along fences and power lines from older trees and waterways nearby. A gap at the eaves or around a roof vent is enough for a den.
